DESCRIPTION
The RE-A5SR Receiver Extension is an A5 Length, 6-Position Receiver Extension designed to work with the VLTOR A5 Buffer System.
This receiver extension is slightly longer than the traditional M4 receiver extension and is designed to work with Mil-Spec dimensioned M4/AR-15 type collapsible stocks, to allow it to collapse fully on the tube. The adjustment range on the tube mirrors that of a Mil-Spec Receiver Extension.
- Six position receiver extension made from impact extruded 7075 T6 aluminum
- Type III Hard coat anodized black
- Adjustment positions are numbered and are visible through the witness hole on most stocks
- Allows most Mil-Spec stocks to fully collapse on receiver extension
The RE-A5SR Receiver Extension can also can be utilized as a replacement receiver extension for the AR-10 rifle when used in conjunction with a standard AR-15 Carbine length Buffer and Sprinco Red Spring.
